What is here

Infrared sauna

Our infrared sauna is built in cedar wood, with pink light therapy. Infrared heat warms you from within, so it can feel gentler than a traditional hot-air sauna, which many guests prefer in the Caribbean climate. Start with a shorter session and take breaks, especially if you are not used to saunas, and drink plenty of water. It is a good way to loosen up before a massage or to wind down after one.

Turkish hammam (steam room)

The hammam is a steam room in the Turkish tradition, built for deep relaxation. The warm, wet heat feels very different from the sauna, and some guests prefer it because it is kind to the airways and leaves skin feeling soft. Many people move between the sauna, the steam room and the jacuzzi, with breaks in between, over the two hours.

Jacuzzi

The jacuzzi offers hydrotherapy for tired legs and backs after flights or days of walking and swimming. It is the easy part of any visit: sit back and let the warm water do the work. Ask us about champagne if you are celebrating with someone.
