Sunset Spa offers waxing in St Maarten from $15 for lip, chin or brows, up to $50 for a Brazilian or full leg wax, at Simpson Bay Resort on Pelican Key. We are open Monday–Saturday 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM, Sunday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Book online, by WhatsApp or by phone.
Most waxing appointments take between 15 and 40 minutes, so they fit easily around a day at the beach or another treatment.

Brazilian and bikini wax
A bikini wax tidies the bikini line and takes about 20 minutes. A Brazilian takes about 30 minutes and removes more, so tell your therapist how much you would like to keep. Many guests book a day or two before a beach holiday or a special event, so that any redness has time to settle before they swim. A private room and a professional therapist make it easier if it is your first time.
Legs and underarms
A half leg takes about 20 minutes and a full leg about 40. Underarms take about 15. These are the popular choices before a beach trip, because you get smooth skin without having to shave every morning of your holiday. Book a day or two ahead rather than the morning you plan to swim, so your skin has time to calm down.
Face: lip, chin and brows
Lip, chin or brows takes about 15 minutes, and lip and brows together take about 20. They are the easiest treatments to add on to a facial, a massage or a nail appointment in the same visit. If you would like brows shaped a certain way, bring a picture or explain before your therapist begins.
Before and after your wax
- Let the hair grow out a little first, because very short hair is harder to remove
- Tell us about any skin conditions or skincare that may make your skin more sensitive
- Avoid strong sun, hot tubs and swimming right after waxing, so your skin can settle
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment
